Walmart installs solar projects in San Diego, Chula Vista
Walmart has completed two solar projects in San Diego County as part of its “expanded solar initiative” launched last year. That program is expected to nearly double the company’s use of solar power in California by between late 2009 and mid-2011.

AgriLife Extension to host personnel management seminar June 3 in Amarillo
Texas A personnel management conference will be hosted in Amarillo on June 3 by the Texas AgriLife Extension Service. The program, “Background for Success in Human Resource Management,” will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Texas AgriLife Research and Extension Center at 6500 W. Amarillo Blvd.
